Description
The Complaint Processing, Counseling and Resolution course covers internal and external agency complaint intake, investigation, counseling, and resolution issues, strategies, and policies and procedures. Participants will receive a course handbook that later serves as a comprehensive resource document, including the inclusion of sample materials for record keeping, report writing, intake, witness interviews, and more. The class combines lectures, practical advice, and group exercises to enhance learning.
