Upon notification of acceptance into the program, you will receive a link to register for the modules and pay the fee associated with it. Download the supervisor letter of support template for your supervisor to fill out. You will be required to upload the letter with your application.

Briefly explain why you are applying for the EOP Certificate Program. Describe how participation supports your professional goals and organizational responsibilities.

Capstone Experience Acknowledgment

Upon completion of the EOP Certificate Program, participants will complete a capstone project and presentation demonstrating competency in EEO/AA/Compliance principles. The project may include: policy development, an investigation plan, audit readiness assessment, workforce analysis, or another approved applied learning project. Participants will invite a representative from their organization to their Capstone presentation. 

Supervisor Support Requirement

Please provide the contact information from your current supervisor or organizational leader and upload their letter of support that confirms their approval for your participation and acknowledges the time commitment involved and presence of your organization’s representative at the capstone project presentation.
