As the AAAED Bylaws require, we are holding the yearly Annual Membership Business Meeting of the American Association for Access, Equity and Diversity (AAAED) and request your attendance.
A meeting of members for the transaction of business of the Association to be brought before it, shall be held each year, the exact time and place to be decided upon by the Board of Directors.

The meeting is scheduled to take place virtually on June 30, 2026 at 1:00 pm EST. Please RSVP to gain access to the meeting and receive the agenda and the minutes of the 2025 annual meeting.
During the Annual Membership Business Meeting, we will provide an update on the activities the association has conducted over the past year and will take up action on items that may require a vote of the membership.
The Bylaws require a quorum of at least 25 voting members present at the annual membership business meeting in order to conduct business, and only members in good standing will be eligible to vote.
We encourage all members to attend as your involvement plays an important role in the association’s goals and mission. You will have the opportunity to meet with your colleagues, discuss important developments, and share any suggestions or questions you may have!
Those who are not AAAED members are welcomed to attend as an opportunity to get to know more about the organization.
