During the Annual Membership Business Meeting, we will provide an update on the activities the association has conducted over the past year and will take up action on items that may require a vote of the membership. This will include a vote on a revision of the Bylaws.
The Bylaws require a quorum of at least 25 voting members present at the annual membership business meeting in order to conduct business, and only members in good standing will be eligible to vote.
We encourage all members to attend as your involvement plays an important role in the association’s goals and mission. You will have the opportunity to meet with your colleagues, discuss important developments, and share any suggestions or questions you may have.
Those who are not AAAED members are welcomed to attend as an opportunity to get to know more about the organization.
