Mitch Nesbitt

I serve as Program Coordinator in the Office of Workforce Engagement and the AWSM Center at the Medical College of Wisconsin. My unique dual role allows me to advance institutional culture, engagement, and equity through initiatives such as Conversations to Advance MCW Values, the Employee Engagement Survey, Visiting Student Health Equity Program, Employee Engagement Groups, the Council for Women’s Advocacy, Restorative Practices, and Mini-Grants for Culture. My work provides me the opportunity to focus on my passions while fostering belonging, strengthening organizational culture, and driving meaningful change across academic medicine.
