Joyce Pratt is from Pittsburgh, PA, New York City, and currently resides in Galloway, NJ. She is an employment consultant and freelance writer as President of T&J Associates of New Jersey LLC and The Oneal Group, respectively. Joyce provides workplace training on behavioral issues, conducts employee complaint investigations, develops strategic plans for advocacy programs, interacts with government for minority and female equity, and writes on human relationships and social issues as a freelance artist. She holds a Business Studies/Marketing BA and Business Studies/Management MA from Stockton University and passed two LSAT exams for a legal studies scholarship. Joyce is actively engaged in legislative advocacy on local, regional, and federal levels, has competed for city and county positions, and is currently campaigning for a seat on city council.
